Secretaries Report:
Details of Youth festivals were mentioned

Next In-Service training is Thursday 4th Sept – Goalkeeping Session, anybody interested please let Steve know.

Club have registered for Foneaid – any old mobile phone, any type and condition, club will receive £3 + £100 of Argos vouchers for every 100 phones collected. Will all managers please mention this to parents and players. Steve will act as collector.

Goalkeeping Academy
Hope to start 11th September at KING X C & B Club
U7’s, U8’s & U9’s - 6pm till 7pm
U10’s, U11’s & U12’s - 7pm till 8pm
U13’s and upwards - 8pm till 9pm
Course to last 12 weeks.
Can all managers please mention to there teams.
This is open to ANY Warley player.
Steve to confirm dates and times.


Treasurers report:
Report handed out.
Karen Moska to take up the roll of Treasurer this season.

Chris has a few more forms to send off.

Bob McLoughlin proposed to vote on block, seconded by Craig Bodkin and voted for unanimously.


Matters Arising:
T
hanks to Sean for entering 3 U15 teams in the Warley Rangers/King Cross fun day.
(Possibility to run a similar one at eos presentation).

King Cross C & B Club can be used any Sunday after matches, club will be open from 12:00.


Handbooks:
Agreed that we won’t be issuing the handbooks this year.
All Codes of Conduct are available on the Website.

Details of the Goalkeeping Academy need to be on the site, including logo.

Registration:
Get the forms in asap. Don’t forget the new Image form (to be kept my manager), this can be downloaded from the website, under the 'Child Protection' tab.

Steve would like to thank all managers who collected the subs this year.

Equipment:
Equipment for those that replied to Steve’s e-mail has been ordered.

Training Courses:
Level 1 course at Hipperholme & Lightcliffe in September, 3 people booked on this course. There is also another course in November, 1 application received so far.

Start Of Season:
West Riding Affiliation paid.
RCD & CJFL team applications paid.

West Riding Cup Draws.

Matches to be played Sunday 5th October.
Forms are now on the West Riding site & need sending via e-mail.

Goals allocation:-
U7’s - Blue Bags
U8’s - New Bags
U9’s - Graeme already has.
U10’s - Black Bags

Pitch allocation:-
U7’s - on U7’s pitch
U8’s - on U8’s pitch (may be joined by 1 U9)
U9’s - 1 or 2 on U9 pitch + 2 U10’s (depends on fixtures)
U10’s - 3 U10’s
U11’s & U12’s - ¾ size pitch
U13’s & U14’s Whites - Pitch 1 (First pitch out of changing rooms)
U14’s Wolves & U16 Hudd - Warley Recreational Park
U15’s - as last year
U16’s Hx - floating between pitch 4 & 5, depending on fixtures.

Anybody that doesn’t require a key for the gate please return to Steve.
